Already established as a manufacturer of telephone headsets, Jabra was bring their line of personal audio products with Best Buy. In order to showcase these products and help raise brand awareness among customers in the personal audio category, Jabra needed an online experience within the site.

Based on budget, product assortment, and the type of content we proposed building a single page experience to show case their Truly Wireless Earbuds, In-ear Headphones, and Bluetooth Headsets with the newer Over-Ear Headphones added in later in the year to support a product launch.

The page is structured to ground customers with a warm and enticing hero image, and features the newest and most exciting products at the top leading down to their more established Bluetooth Headsets.

We knew that customers did not like spending a lot of time reading, so we kept content brief and scannable with a clear product images and a shoppable action on each product specific piece of content. Following each category we also included comparison tables so that customers could easily see the different features and specifications of products.


  • Our contacts at Jabra were ecstatic about the result, even remarking that they wanted to put the page on a T-Shirt.
  • Analytics showed that the most engaged elements were the "Shop Now" CTAs in the comparison tables indicating that customers on the page were ready to make a purchase after learning about the products.
  • While organic traffic and internal navigation to these pages are relatively low, we did observe an increase in conversion rate for customers who visited this page compared to those who did not.
